For those "Flight of the Conchords" fans, think "Business Time."
This is my last night of furlough, as we are all back to work tomorrow. We'd planned to brew anyway, and I'd planned on going birding the next morning. But my furlough turned out to be the most brief after someone decided that civilians who support the military should work to continue to support the military, which never gets furloughed and works even if they don't get paid.
On tap for today is an India Brown Ale kit. We like Pale Ales, so we envision this will be a darker version of the classic. As with all of our beers, we needed to pay homage to the brewing area and so we named this brew "Brown Kouchi." So wrong, and yet so right.
