Post-typhoon Package

Well, we survived Super Typhoon Neoguri with only one casualty: our bunch of bananas that were "nearly there" for harvesting was dashed to the ground and bruised beyond repair. Very sad day for us, especially now that we are very much into our banana-based smoothies every morning.

Thankfully, my package from 8 Legs Web Belts arrived today. Not familiar with this? You should be! Belts, lanyards, survival bracelets, water bottle holders, gun slings, and an array of other items made from 550 cord and ideal for a trip to the outdoors. This is my second belt from them and I went bold on the color choices for the water bottle holder and my survival bracelet. Full disclosure: my cousin owns the store and makes everything himself.  I would like these items even if they were not made by family. Who doesn't want to choose their own colors?! There is no reason field gear shouldn't be fashion forward. Fierce.
