Mellow Mushroom Imitation

Mellow Mushroom has a soft spot in our hearts from our time in Gainesville, FL.  My favorite pizza there was the Kosmic Karma, which features feta cheese and a lovely pesto swirl that you could get lost in.  It's just darn good.  We tried to do the same, but have to work on our swirl, not to mention we should probably make our own pesto.  I did say I wanted to get some herbs growing...
