When I came home, I had one note explaining that more notes were hidden with varying degrees of stealth all around the house. It took me a few days, but I've finally found them all! Most of them I could read over right away, but a few have dates on them. Yes, I'm waiting until the proper date, and trying to keep myself occupied with the other treasures which are not dated.
Although neither one of us puts much stock in Valentine's Day, I like little demonstrations of affection, whenever they occur and between whomever. These little demonstrations remind us of our creativity, that a small gesture can have an immensely warming impact, and that we're loved.
